May 16, 2008 - hey, just a quick question. how do i tell logic that i know what to record vocals. ( now that i have gotten the beat done) I.E my tracks say inst. how do i get it to say vocal track.

May 16, 2008 - You can only record onto audio tracks. Instrument tracks are only for virtual instruments. You need to create audio tracks. I went over this in one of my videos.

Apr 1, 2009 - Whenever I bounce the tracks the sound volume becomes lower than playback in logic. any info on how to fix this? I've tried doubling tracks, raising the volume, gain, taking off normalize feature, etc. all the above works to some extent but it doesn't come out in the quality i want it to. help please?

Apr 29, 2009 - 1) Bring up your Logic Project 2) Select Output 1-2 Channel Strip by clicking on it 3) Click on "Inserts" 4) Under "Dynamics" select "Adaptive LImiter" 5) Open the limiter plug and select the "Average Limit" setting 6) Now go back to the Output 1-2 Fader and raise the volume until it distorts and then back it off until it is clean. Use your ear not the VU meter to gauge how far to push it. Try bouncing and see if this increases the overall volume. This technique works every time for my stuff.

Sep 26, 2009 - Can someone please help me out on how to bounce a beat I made in Logic into a WAV file? I went to bounce, chose PCM, Wave, 16 bit, 44100 and then clicked bounce BUT it didn't give me what I expected. I want a regular wav file that I can perform with. Instead it gave me something different. I think it was a new Logic session because when I clicked it, it started to open a new Logic session, instead of just playing a wav file. Thanks in advance!
