I agree that Queen is one of the best groups of all time and Freddie Mercury was truly one of a kind. However, I do think Lady Gaga is differentiated from the hordes of whory, talentless female performers like Spears, Aguilera, or Clarkson. She is unique, blending many different influences, and I can appreciate her contribution to the music world.
