I mean, if you look at WDDU, IW, Awake, and A Change of Seasons (Kevin Left before the EP, but DT played the song since BEFORE Images and Words), their songs, stylistically, sound a lot more like old time prog rock than their modern music. After Kevin left, DT started getting a LOT heavier and more technique-oriented. No offense to Sherinian and Rudess, cuz they are AMAZING musicians, but Moore belongs in DT, IMO. His style majorly defined DT.
