A strange story out of Marfa where actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi have been arrested for skipping out on a $10,000 hotel bill in California. Presidio County Sheriff's officials tell CBS 7 that Quaid and his wife are in custody in Marfa, but theyre not releasing much else. TMZ reports that Quaid assaulted deputies physically and resisted arrest when they were caught. The couple had arrest warrants out for burglary, fraud, and conspiracy after they left a ranch near Santa Barbara without paying a $10,000 bill. Online reports say the couple has a pattern for this kind of behavior. No word on when they might be extradited back to California.
