Sep 29, 2009 - Kimuras are farily easy to do with enough practice i can get to the locked part and its in place but i do some thing wrong because they can escape very easily and i dont practice jiu jutsu im in mixed martial arts but the main focus is tae kwon doe and judo with some jiu jutsu but not often
SpyderPB819 Says:
Oct 2, 2009 - Make sure you escape your butt out and put your leg across the small of their back

Nov 2, 2009 - wow..i took Tae Kwon Do for 4 year and i also ended up a 1st degree Black Belt...im currently planning on taking jujitsu and later taking Krav Maga and hopefully combine a little of all the 3 arts
TheSantanaPker Says:
Nov 2, 2009 - Yea, took me 4 years to get 1st Degree myself.
bulldogendaa Says:
Nov 4, 2009 - best way to learn it is just practice,go roll with some friends, work each other.. And btw.. this is a good vid!, especially how he explains WHEN to do it, and HOW to transition your hips.. when ur on ur back.. thats key...
Taurus8763 Says:
Nov 5, 2009 - Im not sure if jujitsu is suitable for little people......look at the size of these guys....that's why most small people do aikido.....
geobros Says:
Nov 7, 2009 - jiu jitsu is for small people,(helio gracie the founder was very smal) you may not be able tobeat a heavy higher belt than you but if your 140 pounds and you have to defend yourself against 220 pound guy that doesnt train and doesnt understand jiu jitsu you will do much better than if you try to use your akido against the guy
Taurus8763 Says:
Nov 7, 2009 - I agree with you that Jiu Jitsu is more effective than Aikido in a reality based street confrontation, though the Aikidoka will avoid the fight as much as possible, the Jiu Jitsu player would probably stand his ground and fight. This is the trouble with MMA, Boxing and Grappling styles, is that they have weight devisions...........but any little guy that I have seen win a fight is quite physicaly tough himself.........
accordiankidsuck Says:
Nov 9, 2009 - you are absolutely wrong, one of the great things about jujitsu is that size is not a nesecery factor
Taurus8763 Says:
Nov 10, 2009 - OK, that's good to hear:)
danstangoe Says:
Nov 12, 2009 - You need to be strong to train BJJ, doesnt really matter about size
gabrielsburg Says:
Nov 13, 2009 - Um no. Japanese Jiu Jitsu has it's roots in feudal japan. Judo is Jigoro Kano's derivation of jiu jitsu. Brazilian jiu jitsu is a derivation of Judo.
loner1520 Says:
Nov 14, 2009 - so do u push with the arm dats grabbin the opponents wrist or ur wrist?
thefugitive1965 Says:
Nov 22, 2009 - sorry to burst your bubble but akido is gay. it is bs.
superstud666 Says:
Nov 25, 2009 - actually jujitsu comes from judo, not the otehr way around
