Jul 18, 2009 - Voldemort started making mistakes pretty much after he realized his horcruxes were being destroyed. He was panicked and that makes people prone to error. Especially for Voldemort, as his greatest fear (according to JKR) was to die. He was scared to die. That was the striking difference between him and Harry and why Harry succeeded and he fell.

Jul 21, 2009 - Yes I am aware of the reasons why he messed up, if he had control over that fear of death, he would have won. According to JKR he isn't totally dead-dead, he's again back in that powerless form he was before his ressurection and stuck in a limbo state, unable to be come a ghost. Man he messed up....

Jul 30, 2009 - Actually, Voldemort shouldnt have murdered Harry potter's parents at the first time. Harry then wouldnt have carried such desire for revenge and the prohecy might not have come true.. Voldemort had made things worse at the first time.
