Nov 14, 2009 - Rock came out in the 50s and 60s. Rap wasn't around until the late 70s and early 80s. Learn some history! Rock was doing some pretty wild and crazy things waay before rap came along. Before you start talking about how rappers rap about drugs and violence, think about some of the stuff done in rock music. That's all I'm trying to say.
