Oct 13, 2009 - I saw a sandvik tool demo here in boston and man can their heavy duty tools dominate high-carbon steel and tiatanium. I do know what you mean about the aluminum but take it with a grain of salt. Anything promoting the technology is cool in my book.

Nov 21, 2009 - Why no coolant?
foos300 Says:
Nov 23, 2009 - Using coolant causes the coating of the cutting tool to develop stress fractures, due to the coolant cooling down the cutter. Cutter life will decrease with the use of coolant.
