Nov 5, 2009 - My understanding is that Mercury is not excreted by the body, so over time the accumulation will eventually rise to a toxic level. I heard that eating fish, which nearly always contains mercury, can be hazardous if it is eaten regularly over several years, I hope not, because I have eaten fish regularly over many years!! Therefore adding mercury to products is of no benifit to our health.

Nov 5, 2009 - yeah,fish,organic salmon in particular is very healthy for you.Eating fish say twice/week the benefits outweigh the potential risks from toxicity for me,i do avoid tuna though 100%.As for detoxing mercury etc from your body,you might wanna try adding chlorella to your diet m8i take around 5g at most meals.
