Sep 16, 2008 - A couple things. First, this "Map It" feature is only good if you have an iPhone or similar smartphone. If not, you can get text message driving directions from 1-800-FREE411 -- works for any cell phone. Second, that Google 411 # only works for businesses. If you want business, gov't, and residential listings, again, 1-800-FREE411 is the better number.
