But Kerry then decided not press charges, but Kent wasn't happy with her decision so he went behind her back and spread the news around the whole relief. Kerry later dropped the allegation completely after realising Smithy was incapable of rape but soon afterwards, Kent raped her himself and she couldn't report it.
