Jul 8, 2009 - What a shock, Luskin uses the same tactics in defending DI as he does in defending ID. What a pathetic toolbag.

Doluses Says:

Jul 8, 2009 - Don't know about US, but in Sweden it is perfectly legal to record a phone call, a group call or any other conversion as long as long as at least one of the participants (often you, as in this case) is aware of that the recording is taking place.

dugges Says:

Jul 8, 2009 - HERO!!!!!

HeliosStation Says:

Jul 8, 2009 - In the US, it depends on the state. In Georgia, for example, it is perfectly legal to record a phone call as long as one of the two parties involved consents. In Florida, the consent of both parties is required. Not sure about wherever QDragon lives.

Jul 9, 2009 - I have repeatedly tired to contact Luskin at the "discovery institute". But everytime I get through when I mention my Youtube name OR my email address i get put on hold until it disconnects. Everyone feel free to look at the "institutes" web page and the plethera or lack there of scientist.

breakitdown104 Says:

Jul 9, 2009 - ...fuck you

kingsdun Says:

Jul 9, 2009 - The laws regarding recording phone calls vary between the states. Federally, it is permissable as long as one of the speakers involved is aware of the recording. All parties need not be informed. Most states adhere to this standard. However, some extend the definition to all participants of the conversation. So, Luskin, was on the mark, sort of. Washington state is one that requires full disclosure on the recording. Thing is, Q is Canadian. where we only need one person to know.

WillSKB88 Says:

Jul 9, 2009 - If he said "I don't want this recorded, it is a breach of my privacy or whatever" then he might have got further, instead he did the whole, "I'm going to scare you into thinking this is illegal... you broke the law ahahahahha!"

C0ct0pusPrime Says:

Jul 9, 2009 - not to mention he 'forgave' him before he hung up :)

ZandRTheFlop Says:

Jul 16, 2009 - C0ct0pusPrime, I dont get this video clip, what is it regarding?

Xeletoph Says:

Jul 27, 2009 - It's only illegal to record somebody on a telephone and not tell them, IF you intend to use the data to incriminate them in a court case. The dickweed on the phone needs to get his facts straight.
