Oct 8, 2009 - let me say this incident is CLEARLY WRONG... did he try and pull a taser and shoot it? if you have seen the tasers look and feel like their weapons and are carried on the same side as the weapon. He should still be charged. I also dont believe that all cops are like this. The other cops acted correctly you cant control when someone takes out a gun and shoots. As you can tell the other officers after the shot were bewildered they didnt know what to do. Most officers I have met have been great.

Nov 4, 2009 - Its not just "ONE" incident dude. its the fact that it happens over and over and over. Almost every couple months u see another case where a cop shoots and kills a black man for no apparent reason. I could put a list of names here or recent cases where it happend so u can look them up here on youtube. Trust me this is NOT an isolated incident.

Nov 5, 2009 - I'm not denying that some shootings are racially motivated, im replying to those people who seem to hate all cops because of this sort of thing (although i understand people's reasons for feeling like that). I just find it ridiculous that race is even an issue, and that people still use the colour of someone's skin as a way of judging their character or position in society. How can there still be people who are that ignorant? That's what really gets me.
