Nov 23, 2009 - You have no such thing as free speech on YouTube. YouTube is a business, and they care about one thing, making money. Anything you submit to them is their data, it belongs to them and you agree to it the terms of use. Government laws of freedom of the press or freedom of speech do not apply here because you're using YouTube's service. They make the rules. If you don't like it, try another website or set up your own.

Nov 23, 2009 - When a website basically starts as an open forum with a few exceptions and then starts to nose dive into censorship central... Yeah, peeps reserve the right to call them on it. Besides, there are plenty of people moving to other sites. I personally have an account at Newgrounds, though that place seems to be filled primarily with vulgar 12 y/o's...

Nov 23, 2009 - You completely missed my point, they DO NOT have the right to call them on it. If you make a website tomorrow, and I post a comment on there. You are free to delete or do whatever you want with it, because it is your site. Changing the rules whenever they feel like it is also fine. You'll see that like many other terms of use, you also agree to any updates to it.

Nov 23, 2009 - Sure, but until they shut me (and others) up about how they run their website, then we'll keep calling on their BS.

mortipied Says:

Nov 23, 2009 - sure and completely ignore the fact that your cause has no real basis in reality. and what are you now, the BS police? good luck with that my friend!
