I, along with any experienced cuber will tell you to avoid Dan Brown's video tutorials. His explanation of notation is vague, and his explanation of cross can be confusing to beginners, and makes it hard to get good at making the cross faster. In addition, it is an inefficient method. I urge beginners to watch badmephisto's video, as it is much better.

Nov 20, 2009 - no its not theres another way that cuts moves by half. assuming your top layer is blue, right before inserting each corner if the blue piece is facing right do ri,di,r,d, twice. if the blue piece is facing you do di,ri,d,r, twice.
