Nov 13, 2009 - I DOUBT it, it could, but you haven't even bought one yet, and this problem takes 18 months to actually start happening, as long as you clean your system every week and take your system to a repair shop straight after something has gone wrong, you should be fine.

Nov 16, 2009 - plug in the ethernet wire to your modem and your ps3 1st unplug modem for 30 seconds 2nd pug your modem back in and that should work for some reason the modem syncs with the ps3 on power up also your ps3 has to be on thru the whole process enjoy the internet i had this problem for 1 month then i did this and it has worked ever since
