Jul 12, 2009 - Acr08807, I don't think the Singing Senators would do a cover of this song. If they did, I would eat a hat.
Splangy1 Says:
Jul 27, 2009 - Larry Craig should be killed for his faggot life but thats just what I think
megaswenson Says:
Jul 27, 2009 - Thanks to all you glorious 'christian' Republican closet cases, who did so much to discredit Conservatism with your gay-hating and hypocrisy. If not for you, we might never have discovered that yes, it IS possible to have a President even worse than Baby Bush. The Larry Craig and Ted Haggard scandals did much to turn the voting public against the Republican Party. Thanks, Guys! You helped kill America. Hope you're proud!
darebear42 Says:
Jul 30, 2009 - Yeah, probably, but I doubt that John Mcain would have had serious policy differences. His views on the economy were just disgusting to me. I personally think America would've died either way.
megaswenson Says:
Jul 30, 2009 - I hear what you're saying, darebear42. In any case, I was so nauseated by all the choices, this time I could not bring myself to vote for McCain, or for that other one (who, from the moment I first saw him on film, struck me as being exactly the same person as Baby Bush). And the independents were a joke. Anyway, America's gone and will never return. It's over.
darebear42 Says:
Jul 31, 2009 - I don't believe that all the independents were a joke. Green party for change! Legalize it! Lol, just kidding, you may want to look into ron paul though, I agree with most of his views on the economy, I think he could probably get us out of this mess with the support of congress and senate.
megaswenson Says:
Jul 31, 2009 - You're probably right, darebear42. My information source about the independents was public radio, which obviously was doing everything it could to discredit everyone but the one who won. Just heard a Ron Paul interview and was impressed.
darebear42 Says:
Aug 1, 2009 - The only thing that could be potentially damaging to any campaign he runs would be that some people are trying to smear him by calling him a racist. I've looked into it myself, and he hasn't really done anything to lead me to believe that's true and I think the people propagating those lies are acting scandalously and *niggardly. *Note to troll dumbasses niggardness - meanness: extreme stinginess It has nothing to do with the racial slur.
megaswenson Says:
Aug 1, 2009 - Simply failing to pander, these days, can get a politician labeled as racist.
christian32482 Says:
Aug 16, 2009 - I like this one better than the Haggard version.
TousVous Says:
Aug 18, 2009 - NICE
DrunkenScribbler Says:
Aug 28, 2009 - I think it's the list of the guilty that makes it (although it helps that every time I hear 'Larry Craig' there's a Daily Show skit I'm reminded of...)
pop0it0rocket Says:
Sep 21, 2009 - lol. I don't know why everyone gave you a thumbs down. I'm pretty anti-republican but you are right. Bush and company were not true conservatives. They are radicals. Just like the gay baiting fundamentalist Christians who make a mockery of their own religion. I can say that, because I'm gay and Christian. Having said that, what's Obama done for gay rights? Absolutely nothing. Don't know who I'll vote for in 2012 but I wont make the same mistake twice with Obama.
pop0it0rocket Says:
Sep 21, 2009 - errrr, that was addressed to megaswenson's getting 12 thumbs down so far. Dang.
megaswenson Says:
Sep 21, 2009 - I dunno, pop0it0rocket.... But somebody really is upset. Can't remember what I said. Had no Idea all this 'voting' was going on over here. And didn't BO sell out his gay supporters within weeks of taking office? I forget what he did, but it was to be expected. Clinton did the same thing with the 'Family Protection Act'.
pop0it0rocket Says:
Sep 21, 2009 - Yep.The justice department, under Obama's watch, filed a brief in support of DOMA. They compared gay marriage to pedophilia.Nice, huh? Then there is the Dont Ask Don't Tell (DODT) policy. Dozens of qualified military personell have been booted out since Obama was elected. Obama could halt enforcement of DODT with the stroke of a pen, though he can't technically change the law. BUT The law itself allows for the president to suspend its implementation. What a sleaze bag.
megaswenson Says:
Sep 21, 2009 - I had no idea DODT was still being enforced. So stupid, if only from an economic standpoint. After all, gay soldiers generally don't leave dependents for the government to support. And gays seem to be a good source of high-IQ career military. But this is turning into a third-world dictatorship, and Homophobia is a part of that third-world mentality...
rlrsk8r1 Says:
Sep 24, 2009 - Would you rather be living under McCain/Palin right now? Honestly, the man has been in office since January, he was handed a nation that happens to be at war, in severe financial problems, and in the midst of a healthcare problem which is compounded by all the exotic strains of Flu the third world seems to always invent. Beyond that, he's had to deal with the racist professor and he sighing cop, and whiny republicans. YOU reform gay rights while simultaneously dealing with that.
rlrsk8r1 Says:
Sep 24, 2009 - The Haggard version is better musically, but you take your favorite song and sing about something completely different. The list at the end of this song is the best part. All but Ted Haggard are listed as Republican.
chaoszieg Says:
Oct 8, 2009 - I'm all for gay rights, I have lots and lots of gay friends, but I think there's more important things to deal with right now, wars, healthcare, poverty, disease, education, etc. all these things effect the entire country not simply a small minority of it.
chaoszieg Says:
Oct 8, 2009 - and why are you a Christian anyway, the bible says you should be stoned to death, or maybe it was burned to death, just for... well... living.
ArianneHermida Says:
Oct 10, 2009 - I vote for a how to play video. Please?
nestorrfortuna Says:
Oct 13, 2009 - remember my fellow gay superstitious, once you go barack no never going back. you should know this better than anybody.
ErichoTTA Says:
Oct 14, 2009 - It just never gets old.

acr08807 Says:
Jul 8, 2009 - Didn't the Singing Senators do a version of this song?
