Oct 20, 2009 - if you should find it, there is a film that was on KCET called "Tuva or Bust". It is about Feynman the person - you will fall in love with him, and then you'll learn that physicists are the coolest people in the WORLD.

Oct 23, 2009 - Nature really is quite inconceivable. Great way of looking at it through Feynman's eyes.

Oct 28, 2009 - He inspires me to learn more physics, and it's not that phoney inspiration. He actually makes you follow through. Just knowing poeple like him exist makes me push myself to become all I can be, and enjoy it too. What a great guy!

Oct 28, 2009 - I love how he seems so happy to just be alive. It is a sad society we live in when men like this are destined to obscurity and celebrities and politicians are who interest people. It is also reflected at my university. No one wants to take science, they all go for law, sociology, commerce, and the arts. I wish that I had discovered this man sooner, and I wish that more people discover this man.

CRAILstail Says:
Oct 30, 2009 - Same. He's so jolly about what he does. It's sad that people like the farmers, who feed millions of people, don't get noticed. They have shit for salaries and yet they are the very foundation of the human race. Fact is though, this is not an entertainment field, so we can't expect it to be capturing the eye of the public. This goes for any other field of work. We all have parts to do as a society. I don't think it would be wise to put all our eggs into the science basket or any other field.

Nov 24, 2009 - When it came to physics, Feynman certainly knew what he was talking about. His speaking style outside of the Caltech was very informal, and he was well-known for "dumbing" things down in the general audience.
