Nov 20, 2009 - Runic games was originally Blizzard North But since They closed the company in 2005 becouse Vivendi and Blizard entertainment did not liked the poor work of diablo 3 so pretty much the reason Diablo 3 is taking long is becouse they had to remake the game since Blizard North now (Runic Games) Screwed up
