Aug 28, 2009 - nah. he's just a marine, the machine guns have grenade launchers on em in a couple of videos
TeronGer Says:
Sep 1, 2009 - Its NOT russian music. Its latin mixed with french _
Sresare Says:
Sep 2, 2009 - getting ripped to pieces by zerglings would be the most painful death
ickyzorro Says:
Sep 15, 2009 - The men they left behind weren't their men. They were observing one of the colonies that they were planning to conquer once they had the zerg under control.
ickyzorro Says:
Sep 15, 2009 - That's true. The only starcraft video I can remember where any of the marines managed to kill anything was in the intro to ghost.
NejiShino101 Says:
Sep 18, 2009 - Name of that bad ass song they are listening to near the end?
GabJero Says:
Sep 23, 2009 - i noticed how different marine suits look at SC2 compared to the original. here it's more "simple" and more "realistic" but in sc2 they're like overly exaggerated but they're no that bad
Dantarn Says:
Sep 30, 2009 - I feel bad about the marine who was left with NO AMMO. I mean I know the guys were only observing but they could have at least sent in reinforcments. And that relization mixed with the music at the end AND the zerglings converging on the guy well I almost cried. I know it's only a game but getting ripped to shreds by zerglings is probably on painful death
Agent1W Says:
Oct 19, 2009 - How do you blow over 200 rounds and not kill 2 Zerglings? When did that marine last qualify with the gauss rifle? A real US Marine would only need 10-15 well placed rounds!
patataton Says:
Oct 30, 2009 - the marine with the glasses looks exactly like a character from a scene of the movie Apocalipsis Now with the same red light attached and the rock music
Zac674 Says:
Nov 2, 2009 - Haha, He must've been a former Emperial Stormtrooper, if you know what I mean
Zac674 Says:
Nov 2, 2009 - It would've been better if Blizzard included more cinematics in Brood War (Notice there were significantly lesser scenes compared to the originial?) What would be even more exciting is if they added Goliaths and Siege Tanks into the battles, but it probably was difficult since technology was not at its finest yet
dokaw Says:
Nov 6, 2009 - What happened to the UED Marine with the grenade launcher? He was sitting there bobbing his head back and forth one moment, and the next shot he's disappeared.
Anubis2445 Says:
Nov 7, 2009 - hey its christmas in the trenches =p
Stevey2578 Says:
Nov 11, 2009 - so they forgot to rescue those marines, those damn bastards
Zealot670 Says:
Nov 13, 2009 - Not really, this is in 2499 (Pretty much the 2500s) + SC2 will be even farther in the future!
Zealot670 Says:
Nov 13, 2009 - Oh this was posted 1 month ago.... O well.
GabJero Says:
Nov 16, 2009 - you actually cried?
GabJero Says:
Nov 16, 2009 - maybe he was really nervous so he went all berserk, not really trying to aim properly. that's why he wasted 200 rounds of ammo
GabJero Says:
Nov 16, 2009 - hey im still here buddy
Agent1W Says:
Nov 16, 2009 - Then he needs a new set of aggression inhibitors! :D
Zealot670 Says:
Nov 17, 2009 - Oh, ok. Also, SC was started in 2499, so Brood War would be in the mid-2500s.
Dzienkuje123 Says:
Nov 21, 2009 - Wow, like someone else noted before, this is really similar to a scene in the movie Apocalypse Now (with the rock music and "who's in charge here"?).
Anubis2445 Says:
Nov 21, 2009 - what happend to ''no man left behind''?

BloodiCheeseCake Says:
Aug 28, 2009 - really? I thought the guy with the glasses was a ghost, telling by his weapon, which doesn't appear to be a machine gun but rather a gun with propelled explosive rounds.
