Oct 27, 2009 - which one? Graham Chapman of Cleese?

xxPatheticEmoxx Says:

Oct 27, 2009 - Cleese, Chapman is Superintendent Parrot.

TheWarnerSister Says:

Oct 27, 2009 - This sketch is a family ledgend. Whenever we say something like - say, 'Lizzy made this salad herself' someone else has to come in with "Ah yes, the cucumbers were lightly killed, dew picked and flown from Iraq!" ALWAYS.

lFlash4 Says:

Oct 29, 2009 - look at his hand at 3:20

Uinb Says:

Oct 30, 2009 - Yes, he has a glove.... what's your point?

UTAOUB Says:

Oct 30, 2009 - The only M.P. sketch I ever really enjoyed was "Dead Parrot". THAT was funny. THIS video has a few laughs....but not many. Still -- it's a great advertisement for Vegetarianism!

lFlash4 Says:

Oct 30, 2009 - before I went back to look at at it i thought it was a black guys hand. Tripped me out, wanted to see if anybody else saw it like that.

Uinb Says:

Oct 30, 2009 - "You been smokin' some of tha ganja mon?" lol. None the less, funny sketch.

cartmann94 Says:

Oct 31, 2009 - cleese of course. note that he has the same accent in the parrot sketch

NewLifeInYHWH Says:

Oct 31, 2009 - I think it is probably just a familiar accent he does. Why do you assume it is the same character just because it is the same voice? Is there something I missed?

coconutgrove8 Says:

Nov 6, 2009 - I love when Graham says "take more care in buying their sweeties..." I always laugh.

dinkipooxa Says:

Nov 6, 2009 - How did the cops know where to go, in this sweetie factory ?

dinkipooxa Says:

Nov 6, 2009 - If it is your opinion that they were/are over-rated, then I agree. Guess they're usually watchable but their lack of professionalism shows too much. The island of "too many Whickers" was good. I liked the sketch where Palin and Idle(?) played school children - don't often see that one.

dinkipooxa Says:

Nov 6, 2009 - Yes; is that why he hid the right one in his pocket; ie he mislaid, as an actor, the partner to it ?

dinkipooxa Says:

Nov 6, 2009 - Not much of a legend, then, if it didn't get appreciated beyond those 4 walls ? Just kidding.

dinkipooxa Says:

Nov 6, 2009 - Maybe; is there not more than a smidgen of repettiveness in M P sketches ?

dinkipooxa Says:

Nov 6, 2009 - You obviously have a talent for true comedy; one can see a genuine preference for this sketch over the likes of Peter Cook's "Mr Spigot", where he says,"...if no-one saying "....the cucumbers were lightly killed, dew picked AND washed in spring water, and flown in from Irag...." - comes in 'ere, say, in the next 6 months; I'll have no hesitation in giving you the job." - ie you missed your vocation ! Forgive any perceived sarcasm; just kidding !

TheWarnerSister Says:

Nov 6, 2009 - Hehe. Thanks!
