Someone makes up a story and its not true...its taken as truth until it is discovered. Someone really made up this story of waking up in a bathtub full of ice. Just because someone had their kidneys stolen doesn't prove that this urban legend is true. This is only a one time thing. Meaning that the guy who woke up in the bathtub was false not other cases.
