Feb 10, 2009 - I managed to kill Viy on my second try. I used spears on those tentacles, but throwing knives on the eye, which turned out the be a really good idea. That's because knives travel on the floor and can hit those tentacles when they get moving again. Also, they hit Viy multiple times when it uses the spray attack :D Definitely one of the most enjoyable boss fights.

May 1, 2009 - this isnt actually ON an emulator, and emulators emulate, not the players themselves, and the roms arent really roms.

May 1, 2009 - they did not make this fight as evil as they could, they could make it so that there were only a few very small platforms, and those little purple things that open the eye didnt regenerate.

May 1, 2009 - it's a good and commonly used formula for defeating him, some people just get the eye open and then manage to get 3-4 in his eye per opening, killing him quickly, dont think you're smart for thinking this, its the most common strategy for him.
