This is silly, when you feed them they multiply more only to have more hunger. Countries like that need strict birth laws if they can't support their peoples' needs. African culture is greatly outdated and is one of the few places I can see communism being beneficial. Hopefully they'll stop making kids who are destined to suffer... In fact it's better if the weak perish.
