Jul 10, 2007 - Great Job on the Music Score....two thumbs up!!!! if I had another thumb it would be Three thumbs up then.

Iowahorse Says:

Aug 29, 2007 - Shabby. This team in any game will never beat Pella High. The lengths they go to promote themselves is shameless.Second rate has beens with handed down money and a lack of real work ethics.

mnunnikhoven Says:

Aug 30, 2007 - hey iowahorse...lets get the facts straight. first of all, why don't you put a saddle on your back or throw on some reigns so you can be of some use to someone desperately in need. secondly, Pella Christian High School had nothing to do with pushing this idea or working on the actual video itself. the school was only there for supportive material, historical/current representation and moral support.--cont.

mnunnikhoven Says:

Aug 30, 2007 - the promo video was a gift given by myself and those in the independent film community across the United States...you may be admiring some of my crew members in years to come. third, looking at your comment reflects your selfish and negative attitude. i'm guessing P.C.H.S. has been dealing without athletic and academic necessities for a time period way beyond your age or even double it.--cont.

mnunnikhoven Says:

Aug 30, 2007 - for athletics, the school has only had a patch of grass beind the facility and a softball field since the late 1960s. how could promoting and raising awareness for this be "shameless?" fourth...your "second rate" comment is disturbing and negative...maybe you have some issues in your own life...and that causes you to hurt others.--cont'

mnunnikhoven Says:

Aug 30, 2007 - i know for a fact that there is less money handed down by those in the community (family, businesses, etc) than the government gives to the public school system. even my parents who sent myself and siblings to private school helped send you to school by paying taxes for the public school system. they never complained and instead were selfless about what they gave every year, and still do.--con't

mnunnikhoven Says:

Aug 30, 2007 - fifth, lack of work ethic has some interesting ties with money. working my way into playing collegiate athletics, i saw a lot of money being thrown around to some great athletes that were given every opportunity to succeed. however, some of those athletes never made the big time. why? because they didn't truly have heart and passion for their game. they didn't want it bad enough.--cont.

mnunnikhoven Says:

Aug 30, 2007 - one thing that P.C.H.S. athletes reflect is that they play for the love of the game, not for glitz and glamour. you try playing in a cracker box gym that that can only fit a limited amount of fans. this will test your heart for the game. *with that, best wishes. hope you turn that attitude of yours around so you can be of some use to society. -director producer, Meredith Nunnikhoven

mnunnikhoven Says:

Sep 1, 2007 - Hey Iowahorse, Pretty bold of you to come out and attack something you know very little about. Who's really the shameless one? I put a lot of time and effort in to this piece. Also, my time and effort (volunteer, unpaid, doing something for a worthy cause, opening your heart!!!!) doesn't even compare to the time and effort the director/producer put in. Think before you speak. -Director of Photography, Jacob Gardner

joeblom24 Says:

Sep 8, 2007 - i agree with mnunnikhoven. lack of work ethic is such a terrible insult when the amazing school and communtiy we have created all came from donations and our hard work, we built our school, and paid for some of pellas with the tax money.

malak684 Says:

Nov 5, 2007 - Cry, Cry, Cry, don't go to the school if you don't like the stuff that comes with it, and its not like you guys don't use Pella Comm. stuff all the time, in my opinion, if you aren't going to support yourself in some area, then you shouldn't have that area at all. Its like starting a basketball program without a gym, kinda dumb...we're tired of listening you cry about it

mnunnikhoven Says:

Nov 5, 2007 - malak684...tried to write you a nice message through youtube, but it seems you've closed your account just after you posted this response. too bad we couldn't exchange words. again, another selfish comment to tend too. unless you have experienced the school first hand, i don't think you can appreciate what it has to offer to students and the community.

watchthis78 Says:

Nov 12, 2007 - why cant you respect a program working to better itself

watchthis78 Says:

Nov 12, 2007 - sorry, forgot to add the fact that we dont have the same luxuries, but still make a great program

Mar 25, 2008 - This is a fantastic video and makes me think about what is good about individuals, communities, and the collective will of high school baseball - young high school baseball coach in wisconsin

Apr 26, 2008 - I love your video!! Praise be to God that He has a vision for PCH. My dad's purpose in life was to be a principal and teacher at PCH. I wish that he was still alive to see God's hand in the next generation of PCH leaders. Do not ever give up your dreams or passions. God gives each one of us talents and it is up to us to use them to glorify Him. If you are not a christian you do not know the sacrifice parents go thru to send their children to a private school. May God continue to bless PCH !!

Jan 9, 2009 - what??? you mean to tell me the same losers have been at that school playing baseball for 30 years???? TYPICAL IOWA RIFF RAFF.... yea guys, baseball is the ultimate form of self-expression and team work. at the end of the day, does baseball mean ANYTHING ANYWHERE? no. go do something that matters, and then make a big deal of it. until then, SHOVE THIS FUCKIN BASEBALL UP YOUR ASS

Feb 16, 2009 - Wow - that was a blast from the past! I stumbled across this video saw myself a lot of my classmates from the class of 1987...and we all had really bad hair.

luvzstudz Says:

Oct 21, 2009 - This is stupid...to attend Pella Christian it costs like $5,000 per student per year...how in the hell couldn't they afford a baseball field?! I grew up in Pella, Iowa...went to PHS...GO DUTCH!!!
