Maybe they won't perform as well as a Fiberglass board flex wise, but pros can use one board break it and give a shit less. Ive surfed a board that was "sinking" from a puncture and there is No way to drain it. this sounds quite smart. Plus the board it Eco friendly. something every true surfer should be aware of. If your an old dog shaper that is still raping our planet using barbaric non eco friendly products... At least respect that others would like to be more conservative

Oct 14, 2009 - I ride a 6'1" Lost Mayhem Aviso, with a squashtail, and I'm 6' and 180lbs. The thing is a monster. It's really best in 4'+ waves, so I ride my fish on the smaller days (here in FL), but when the big waves come out to play, so does the Aviso Monster. I've been pulled through the pylons at Sebastian Inlet on a rough day, and used my board to save me from the rocks in between the pillars, and despite a hard impact and using it as a rescue lever, the board didn't even suffer a scratch. Killer.
