Oct 12, 2009 - Great video. Ostrom's work is much richer and has more profound implications than I originally thought. Having said this, there is a little error in this video. The top of the curve (mentioned at 2.23) is not the equilibrium point (if it was there would be no problem). It's the efficient point.
