Sep 24, 2009 - You truly are the dunce, aren't you. Look, babycakes, DUH that he existed as a human being. You are so stupid it cannot be put words to. He was a dingleberry, however, as far as politics went. He was no one. He was less than baby dukes. Then all of a sudden Oprah says "VOTE FOR THIS GUY" and he's on the map magically. GASP ITS MAGIC! Or simply propaganda based on exploiting fears about Republicans and preying on white guilt. Shut da fuk up.

Sep 28, 2009 - seems like there needed to be more build up, the boyfriend is defensive about "the wave" the day after they came up with the name. makes no sense, plus the students could still be told what the experiment was intended to do, it would have still worked.
ceventus Says:
Oct 1, 2009 - They are just trying to condense it to a short film. The Germans made a remake a few years ago and did a good job with the story.
ceventus Says:
Oct 1, 2009 - It was based on a book, if you aren't satisfied with the short film, try reading that instead. It is based on a true story.

Oct 2, 2009 - i read th book and saw the movie i like the book a tad more
HeimdallTV Says:
Oct 3, 2009 - The seem to be very little content in "the wave". Discipline, community and action are very vague and meaningless statements. I don't understand what actually united them to the point where they acted as one in such a short amount of time. Without political or religious aspects it seems impossible.

Nerpha Says:
Oct 30, 2009 - I love that the wave was "one the most frightening classroom experiences" he have had. I wonder what could come close to half the school joining a cult

Oct 30, 2009 - Man you need to see Jane Elliott - Eye of the Storm is with children and is very frightening
Dolphinwake Says:
Nov 12, 2009 - The book explains a lot more things, and I think it's just better in general. I reccomend youto read the book before you watch the movie.
DoveAlexa Says:
Nov 14, 2009 - People need to stop taking this movie as a "all groups and all leaders are pure evil" lesson. Not everything with organization is evil, seriously people.
PAS100170 Says:
Nov 14, 2009 - Political cults are as valid a form of cult as religious cults. Both are totalitarian systems.Hitler was a cult leader and the Nazi party arguably the most destructive cult in the history of mankind. No current US political party fulfills the 7 criterion of a cult but there are elements in there.
bdriz16 Says:

Sep 24, 2009 - most of the US is completely uninformed. We will be taught to worship our president and his actions regardless of whether a Dem or a Republican... "socialist" is just the new fear word created by the right just as "warmonger" was the fear word created by the left with George Bush. We just live in a very very very uninformed country.
