Nov 16, 2009 - Thor got KNOCKED-OUT and his jaw BROKEN by Superman when they did fight in their one crossover. I believe Supes and Hulk have had 3 fights, with Superman having the upperhand(not without Hulk getting in some good shots though) and Supes in the 3rd fight warning Hulk he would "hold nothing back" and ended up pounding him into green submission. Goku is not even worth talking about,lol.

Nov 18, 2009 - Thor is unappreciated simply because he is not as popular. Superman wins most of his fights as he has more fans. Thor (in theory) is the strongest Superhero based on his abilities but all he does is regularly fight Hulk and him win only half of his fights against Hulk (I believe). Why did they make this fight look 1 sided? Marvel and Supes were matched blow for blow except Supes seemed to hit harder and more often... I thought Marvel generally beats Supes

Superman however with the history he has with Luthor believed that Lex was up to no good. Supes suspicions were true when at the end of the fight he found the bomb. Later on, Superman and the rest of the Justice League asked Marvel if he wanted to join. Marvel pretty much told them to go fuck themselves.

Considering Goku is at least several thousand times as powerful by the end of GT, merely punching an asteroid into pieces doesn't sound particularly impressive. Goku regulary condenses enormous amounts of energy into small areas (which explains why he doesn't blow up the planet in every punch). If he didn't, his final Spirit Bomb could probably blow up a galaxy.
