They just screwed me out of 8 bucks on a game that I rented that didn't work and refused to exchange it for the same game but for only 1 day on a 5 day rental! And they sent me a collection notice for a $3.00 late fee at a completely diff location. Block buster blows balls. Hollywood is so much better. No nit picking on late fees better selection and if something doesn't work they take care of you.
