Nov 25, 2009 - i'm 16 and i weigh like 300 pounds. you should just be straight up to your friends about your weight, regardless of whether you lose or gain weight. if they are not shallow, then they will accept you for who you are, not what you are. your breasts will decrease in size proportionately with your body, so say you lost 1 cm from your waist line, you would lose 1 cm of breast fat, unless you have a birth defect which causes oestrogen, which is the female gene which makes them have breasts. good luck

Nov 25, 2009 - You know what, I actually checked out this video thinking "Worth a try, probably a joke thing though" and you impressed me. I'm actually cutting out fizzy drinks and sweets now, want to know what the weird thing is though? My friend just said to me at the weekend I should get a dance mat :P So not only am I getting that, getting a Wii Fit for christmas :D I'm 14 stone right now, hope to be 13...maybe 12 and half next year! Good luck to everyone, I know it's hard.

Nov 25, 2009 - I want to note that I did not watch this video initially. But I took the same track. I went to diet soda, ate a big breakfast and smaller lunch and dinner. I play DDR for 45 minutes a day, and lose 500 or so calories doing it. I have lost 43 lbs so far playing DDR and eating less. If you are a gamer (like me) this will keep you motivated and interested. It has modes where you can do easier steps (ie no double jumps or quick taps) because it is hard for fat people to do those. it is great!
