Debates allow someone to understand that maybe their wrong in their thinking and maybe their right. It gives people a better understanding on why they believe what they do believe and other ways they should maybe change. I already put that the jury is still out on religion. With Christianity my dad never gave me a choice on the matter. But if Christianity is the truth I would believe it.

Nov 8, 2009 - What he's doing is stating a Bible verse to reply to given comments to him. Honestly I don't know why he can't convey what he believes in without the Bible verse. If you scroll down a bit I did ask him him for an intelligent conversation about religion. His response was that Jesus would confound the intelligence of man verse. He honestly believes that an intelligent conversation is nonsense.

There are some Christians---(not all, I know some very good Christian people)---but some that just have to have someone to persecute to be happy. Those are the ones that can't accept the fact that our faith does not need a church or a big 'Book' to tell us right from wrong or how to live our lives. And as long as they can beat others with their 'Piety Stick', they surely will. It's always easier to judge others.
