Oct 14, 2009 - Awesome. Just amazing. Bob and Chuck and guys like them were my childhood heros 40 years ago. Still are. He would also do that pouring trick through a deadstick loop. I've seen vid of that too. Want good flying stories? Read Yeagers autobiography. He gives Bob Hoover a big rap.

Oct 25, 2009 - True legend and all round nice bloke, read "Forever Flying" by Bob Hoover for more on this amazing man. I am proud that Australia gave him a licence when the US thought he was too old.

hammerogod Says:

Oct 29, 2009 - Wing Tip Condensaton ... moist air conditions (high humidity) causes that ... the passage of the wing tips causes the moisture to be more or less squeezed out ... when flying in cold (moist) air at high altitude ALL prop planes leave a "Vapor" trail ... the heat of the engines causes condensation ... if you have ever seen a plane take off with high power settings in VERY moist air you can see an effect called "Prop Wash" .. that is very common on Aircraft Carriers (as is Intake Condensation)

Jordache22222 Says:

Oct 29, 2009 - Superb! What a cold-blooded pilor.
