You have to be presentable, articulate, non-combative, etc. They asked for a resume not because there is a level of difficulty in the daily operations, but to check her preparedness I bet this job fair asked that you bring a resume when you apply. By watching this video you can almost imagine the attitude this girl gave them. Don't be like her.
