Oct 26, 2009 - you should train every 2nd day so your muscles have time to repair. I've also done push ups since oct 1, i started at 10... and now i'm up to 80 :) i'm going for 85 tomorrow. :D

Nov 14, 2009 - I run every day but I have a special day for cardio, sprints are about the best thing you can do for burning fat, running/jogging burns fat while you do it sprinting burns for a lil while after you stop. sorry if my english not the best.
