brazilrealestate Says:
Mar 24, 2009 - It is true that many importers have practised bad business ethics not paying up thefull amount of the bill or nothing at all and exporters seem to get the quantity, colors and models mixed up very often besides the high defective volume in ration to the quantity sent out but we cannot generalize the entire country. China has been a provider for the many of cheap labor force or cheaply priced product acquisition and I guess you get what you pay for............. The coin has two sides.

Jun 24, 2009 - china will not grow that much, absolutely impossible. india grow that much can only be a joke.... just take a look at the country... i think Brasil can grow a lot more than that.... they have lots of oil(Petrobrás is the most advanced oil company), the amazon forest, in turism they rock, they have bio-fuels and their territory is big, and excellent for planting anything.

Jul 16, 2009 - China will continue growing because they still haven't utilize their resource 1.3 billion population.

Oct 4, 2009 - "china will not grow that much, absolutely impossible. india grow that much can only be a joke.... just take a look at the country..." If by suggesting to take a look at these countries, you are pointing at the wretched poverty they have, then please note that it is the reason behind theirlow per capita GDP. Total GDP, however, is whole different beast. Due to there sheer size they would grow to that size. At least that is the projection, which of course... can be wrong.
shaonghosh1 Says:
Oct 4, 2009 - He is talking about total GDP not per capita. Due to their huge population the total GDP can grow to that projected size even though their standard of life will never be as high as ours. The advantage they have over us is their young population. Especially for India. Within the next decade 800 million people in India will reach working age. And with the growing economy, these people are getting employed. Europe for instance, has gone out of their demographic window if I have not mistaken.

Oct 6, 2009 - My friends, it is time to face reality ! We have lost our status of the leading economy and largest consumer in the world. I am sorry to burst your bubble but this kind of thinking is exactly what got us in trouble to begin with. Being arrogant and ignorant is not going to improve the situation. Most of persons that make those kind of comments do not know the names of Capitals outside of their own state much less can name capitals of other countries etc.
brazilrealestate Says:
Oct 6, 2009 - 2010 Confederation Cup, 2014 World Cup and 2016 Olympics besides the fact that AFIRE ranks Brazil as 2nd best place in the world for property investment value appreciation and Brazil lending U$D10 Billion to International Monetary Fund Low unemployment rate, good GDP growth.
brazilrealestate Says:
Oct 6, 2009 - China is our (USA) lender now meaning we are in so much that it will be very difficult to get out from under for the next decade or so... Brazil is growing drastically and in my personal opinion with the correct leadership has the potential to become the world's new leader. Politics have been notorious for screwing up this country. You people better start doing your homework and being more open minded and not so ignorant.
