This does not alienate him from the faith just because he's poking fun at some of the things that Christians will do culturally that can seem rather odd from some perspectives. Hes not disrespecting or mocking God, he's just able to laugh at some of the sometimes goofy ways God's children relate to him

Nov 11, 2009 - i guess it is because a lot of shit has happened in my life, my real parents got divorced when I was really young and then all this shit that is going on in the world. I mean what sort of god would allow innocent women to be raped or people who never hurt anyone to be murdered in cold blood? It doesnt make any sense to me, and believing in a god who doesnt listen to you when you ask him to help you makes absoulutly no sense to me as well.

Humans are far from perfect, and God didn't want people to be robots and have to be forced to love him.God wanted us to have a free will, and have the choice whether or not to be saved through him.
