He has had a great career, he dominated Kosta Tszyu in his prime and has beaten some world class opponents. Unfortunately he is not in the same league as Mayweather and Pacquiao but to be honest, there is no shame in losing to either of those two! I think Ricky should have 1 or 2 more fights in Manchester and call it a day. Go out on a high.
