A massacre occurred on the Manhattan Project anniversary of 1969. But also a genocide occurred in the year Aug 6,1992. It is the date of the sanctions on Iraq for WMD they did not have. It lasted 13 years and killed 1.5 million. Most of the victims were under the age of 5.

Oddly enough it was for WMD and killed more people than the Two Atomic bombs launched on Japan. The CIA director closed the case after the invasion with Operation Iraqi freedom. They had no wmd. According to Resolution 260 the General Assembly is responsible for a genocide that UNICEF reported to them monthly. Do you know that Resolution 666 was a recall of Res. 661 of August 6th.
