Jun 21, 2009 - THE daemons represent the higher self of each...even animals and trees have daemons. or spirit guides from the ethers who assist. All one has to do is call upon those who vibrate at a higher frequency. I suggest making a contract with the Higher Self that all psychic material be filter through the Higher Self. Also I suggest asking Higher Self to take dominion over the 4 lower bodies.....including the ego.

Jul 20, 2009 - actually only self-conscious beings have daemons, so animals and trees don't have them

Jul 20, 2009 - You should read his short stories Lyra's Oxford and Once upon a time in the North, they are very good, especially Lyra's Oxford

Jul 26, 2009 - I hate it when you finish a brilliant series of books.

WPM1414 Says:

Aug 6, 2009 - As do I. The same things happened with Harry Potter. I'm rereading them now, but I read the first one when I was a lot younger and it seems almost childish now. I've read the last 3 twice, and they stay fairly mature. But anyway, the only real solution to that problem is to read them again.

JakoLFC8 Says:

Aug 6, 2009 - Yep the same thing happened to me with Harry Potter too.

Oct 10, 2009 - "Fantasy" writer not being a fan of fantasy is nothing special. There are probably many writers who would claim that their work doesn't belong to the rest, Tolkien included.
