Nov 17, 2009 - If you saw Russian concerts where all the big names lip sync, it does not mean that all russian pop singer 90% lip-sync. Russian show business works different than American/English, therefore don' t use the same criteria. I told you if you don't know about russian singers don't spread idiotic comments. In Russia there are concerts which are big official events(usually) they are in the internet and there are personal concerts by the singer, which are two different type of concerts.

Anyway, those last two statements are true, but still I say that there is many lip-synching in Russian pop, those nuances don't change it.
