FOr a child who is physically male, but transgendered, they actually HAVE a female brain/mind. Its a recognised medical condition. Once upon a time, Autistic people were called freaks. As for ambiguous genitals, or Intersex, they often make mistakes about which sex they are. They don't find out until the child starts BEING a boy or girl. Gender is not a social role, its psyche.
