If you mean language in the non lingual sense, then we certainly are capable and even designed to handle multiple languages. Body language, Lingual, Mathematics, Programming etc. Maybe you're just not intelligent/interested enough to learn more than one? God knows your spelling and punctuation isn't very good in the one language that you DO know.
