I do have a soft spot for it, but I recognize that it has done nothing and is doing nothing to curtail the most dangerous state in the history of the world. A piece of paper cannot stop a group of armed men from ransacking your home. I instead regard this issue as one of property rights. YouTube more or less legitimately owns its servers, and can therefore restrict or regulate your access as they please.

That's pretty thin ice you're threading on. What if a racist claims that his idea of racial purity is important, and that he must be allowed to violate the self-ownership claims of the differently-coloured? Or does this right to completely reverse self-ownership apply only when it protects those ideas with which you personally agree?
