I write diss raps for fun, and to pick myself up when i've had a shitty day. I highly recommend it as a therapeutic technique. Anyways, I collected some of my stray diss lines and wrote a song with them over the smoking hot instrumental Ridiculous from the Wax and EOM album Liquid Courage.
