Sep 5, 2009 - What has Merchant Marine losses i n WW2 got to do with going to war with Iraq on a pack of lies ? How dare GG defend himself against false accusations, eh ?

Justin5566ful Says:

Sep 5, 2009 - By all means the man has the right to defend himself. My comment was in response to MajNorberg insination that the US had no real affect on the outcome of WW II.

larsontic Says:

Sep 5, 2009 - " I do not believe that the British soldiers operating tanks/plains would agree with any of the US bashing taking place " The US deserves praise for WW2. They deserve criticism for for accusing GG of trading in oil, and telling lies to go into Iraq. Just because they supplied lots of " tanks/plains " in WW2 doesn't make them immune from criticism for what ever they do years later.

Sep 6, 2009 - faelismaegnus, The Us occupied "WEST GERMANY" and Italy, which last time I checked were western Europe.. You are Typical American who only point to finger to other pple and don't see his/her evilness....

billyjones1985 Says:

Sep 8, 2009 - Go George Go!!!

MajNorberg Says:

Sep 8, 2009 - Justin5566ful : nothing has really changed...you say the US had lost 1554 Ships....most of it was commercial cargo...to "supply the war effort"..... I just called call it collateral damage from war profiteering....companies like General Motors/Dodge Chyrsler profited and continue to profit from current wars of today.

MajNorberg Says:

Sep 8, 2009 - faelismaegnus: barbarosa was a huge failure...and it is a fact that most of Hilters military might was decimated in that war front alone.....The breath of the war was from Latvia to the Black sea......Normandy couldn't even compare in size...

dANNNimal Says:

Sep 9, 2009 - we didnt have US tanks and planes before the US joined the war at all (since when did the americans build spitfires :S) our grandmothers and grandfathers had to send in ALL metal materials (Mostly pots and pans from their kitchens) to build our own stuff, ANYTHING made out of metal in ALL households was required by the government when our whole country was rationing. the US saw ww2 as a European matter that didnt concern them until japan dragged the US into the war.

dANNNimal Says:

Sep 9, 2009 - we can thank the US for the shermans we recieved but by then... even the germans had shermans.

Sep 27, 2009 - They NEED to disable to the FAUX NOISE broadcast and just air George Galloway. Over and over and over...

g12er Says:

Sep 29, 2009 - George Galloway is amazing! I'd vote for him.

TheMaskhadov Says:

Sep 29, 2009 - It is foolish to believe that normandy does not relate in size in fact it is not only the reason most western europe was not under Russia but was under European control. The battle of britan was a terrible fight just like in Russia where the cold stopped the Germans the sea stopped the Germans invading in Britan

MajNorberg Says:

Sep 29, 2009 - I have to qualms with the battle of Nritain.....only Normandy...looks at the Normandy films...mostly pill box fighting only took a few days... Eastern front was 3-4 years....with more casualties than any period of WW2....

NIFTYDRIFTYPROD Says:

Oct 21, 2009 - i wish george galloway could lead america.

mikoake Says:

Oct 24, 2009 - Before this investigation, Galloway was considered a bit of a crackpot in Britain. After his appearance at the US Senate, his popularity soared. He honed his skills in Parliament, where Members reguarly verbally spar with the opposition and it gets very, very heated. It's funny watching politicians in suits getting heated. The US Senate are lucky they didn't have Jeremy Paxman to deal with. Another abrasive, very articulate political commentator.

computersolutions164 Says:

Nov 24, 2009 - George is a good bloke and the Senator did look somewhat sheepish when presented with established facts from George, rather than lies they presented about him as fact. Bring it on George
