Kurt was the one who, after "Teen Spirit" hit, wanted a new contract that gave him sole ownership of the of the songs.

What my point is is there is this double-standard, where people saint Kurt despite his obvious shortcomings and smear Courtney despite her obvious talent, and when they have nothing to back it up. I think Courtney sounds great singing "Pennyroyal Tea."
