All they need are sustained ignorance and a regular dose of misinformation. The past should not just be remembered but studied as well. For example by exchanging thoughts and ideas in a civilised manner like on this page. I see no blame game here, just facts. And facts are the only defense we humans have against tyranny and inhumanity.
