I don't know if Justin and Jeremy's mother is alive or not, but in the context of the video, it is his mother's grave. 3:40 - Look at the name inside the Wreath. The Surname is "Furstenfeld", and I'm not sure of the first name but it is far too long to be "Justin". If I had to say, I'd say it read "Christina".
