Nov 14, 2009 - After he surrendered he was placed in jail, he was walking up the stairs to go to court and was shot through the neck and was killed instantly. Later found out Crossbones was the assassin hired by The Red Skull to take care of Cap once and for all. Now Bucky taking the death worst put on the suit and joined the New Avengers as the New Captain America in The New Avengers Book 10: Trust. They are about to release the series "Reborn" bringing Steve Rogers back to life.
